Lagan Homes have put in a NEW planning application for Kingsmead South Phase 1

Our understanding is that the application is for 'SEMI TRADITIONAL' homes - see below.

Some of us have received a formal notification letter dated 15th July giving us 21 days to comment. ie till 5th August.

Arrangements have been made for the plans to be on display at the Parish Office on Tuesday 22nd July between 4:00pm and 8:00pm and representatives of MKP and Lagan Homes will be in attendance.

PLEASE MAKE TIME TO ATTEND AND MAKE YOUR VIEWS KNOWN.

Many people will be off on holiday once the schools break up on 23rd July so it is important that you see what is proposed and get your written views in to MKP before you go.
